Hi All, new member here trying to figure out an issue with my 5+ year old Harman Accentra insert pellet stove. So with the first roaring cold front to hit this season I went to turn on the thoroughly cleaned stove and got the power light on, status light on (steady) and combustion blower light on. All others off.

Seems to run good but flame is just big when it’s heating up. When the feed rate is set too high it will push more pellets into the burn pot. Unburned or partially burned pellets will land in the ash pan. It's better to run it at a lower feed rate and keep the pellets burning hotter in the back of the burn pot.
