Nzxt cam not detecting kraken

Yesterday I built my latest PC, which includes both a H200i and Kraken X52. The building process was fine, everything working as expected, including the AIO. The only issue is that Windows is not recognizing my Kraken, or at least I think so, and CAM isn't either. The pump, fans, everything is working great, the cooling is fine for my i7 9700k.

Hi friends, Ive just completed my build and ive noticed that the nzxt cam software is showing Kracken Z3 Fan and Smart Device 2 Fan 1 at 0RPM. Please see the screenshot below. Setup: Overall i have 4 fans, 1 ceiling fan, 1 rear fan and 2 rear front fans that are connected to the plate which is connected to the aio radiator.NZXT Cam Not Detecting Kraken. The pump shows up because you have a USB connection to it, not because of the 4pin pump connection to the mobo. I bought a NZXT kraken x52 for my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I GAMING motherboard. I have installed the cooler and its required software "CAM". However, the cam is not detecting the kraken at all. Even the NZXT logo is not light up on the pump. I have tried every possible way. I dont see any kraken or any tab under Tuning tab or anywhere.Two things. Check in devices and printers and see if there is an unknown device. If so right click and remove it and reboot the system. Also, I'm fairly sure it can be plugged into the AIO or cpu header for most boards. If the pump wasn't working then the temps would hit 90-100c in less than a minute just idling. So it's probably working. I would try removing the drivers to force an update for the z73.

Mine will show the a770, but the temp is constant 0 degrees C - running CAM Beta. I inquired with NZXT and they said they are aware and working on pushing an update. CPU is fine with CAM though.
