The point of the bp nerf is to be able to make new ranged weapons that aren't useless. They have obviously made bosses with high ranged def - like nightmare - but the problem is that in order for the bp to not be a good choice, the ranged def has to be so high the boss is basically immune to ranged. 1.Nice try, but I still won't use it. People who play and still consistently hate on Jagex probably still want the game to live for as long as possible because clearly the game is something they're so passionate about. Yet if someone is going to hate over rumours it just becomes a negative for every party.
