Boon dark theory.
This is why boons were just a bad idea IMO. They're too hard to balance. The risk of boon perks is pretty high, so the payoff has to be really good for the boon to be worth running, like Circle of Healing. If the payoff is trash like Dark Theory, nobody will ever run it. Boons wind up being too strong or completely worthless.

That’s where small buffs in speed can make the most difference. No perk should grant you guaranteed success, so it’d be ludicrous if they had given this new boon a 10% speed buff. 2% will make a huge difference in some chases, but not enough to be broken or abusable.
