If you read the thread the OPs horn wasn't working, it had nothing to do with the locking double-tap honk, I'd assume that they fixed the horn. If you have a case of double-tap lock not honking all of a sudden and the horn DOES work, you have a different issue, if your issue is also the horn not working then it's probably the same repair.
