Map seeds for SE. Trying to get into factorio SE and cant seem to find a decent map seed, any seeds you guys recommend? As long as you set the map generation preset to "Space Exploration Default", you're fine. You're going to explore many planets during your playthrough. Most seeds are great and fun. Are you looking for a specific kind of map?

When/if you start a new map, you can set cliffs to None in the terrain generation tab. When starting a new world you can turn off the cliff generation in the settings by setting the size option to none for cliffs. This is your answer! Bonus reason to start a new factory as well. 😀.
