Spectrum dvr not working.

I have this issue. New boxes/dvrs. New app. Customer service has no clue. Rebooting does nothing. Choosing the correct dvr on the app doesn’t help -both my boxes are dvrs. This is an old message thread but hope someone and spectrum notices this.
