The easiest thing to do with 3cx is just to have the call screen pop-up when a call is connected and you can do this with that 3cx softphone. And if you're referring to the startup pro hosted by 3cx it is $175 per year not month. freepbx is easy to set up and run if you want to host your own, just lease a sip trunk from whoever.
