The way ark difficulty and dino level spawns work is (difficulty)x30=max level (normal), (difficulty)x36=Tek max level, (difficulty)x38=Wyvern/Drake max level. So 6 gives you 180 normal creatures, 216 tek creatures, and 228 wyverns and drakes. Default difficulty is 5, which gives you 150 normal, 180 tek, and 190 wyvern and drakes. Hope this helps.

There is a difference between using the 'override official difficulty', and setting difficulty without the 'override official difficulty' setting.
