This TV has the built in smartcast and it's been stuck in the starting up screen for hours. I've done a soft power cycle. I've done a full factory reset. I've done the DHCP on-off change. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in. Nothing, won't load. The TV tuner works and I am able to connect to my WiFi.
