Nevermind. I came back to school today and booted the robot and it's working now. I got another problem though, that although I can jog the robot to 0-position and save position, that position has different values than in menu -> position. Do I have to reset the home position from somewhere?

SRDY OFF means the software is not happy. My guess is it is in the configuration. I'll have to double check tomorrow but I'm pretty sure your hardware start should be 7 (six axis robot so then the next axis is 7) and your brake is 1 because it is connected to the six axis servo amp and not a separate brake board.
