If it's a severe break where the bone is pointing out of the skin it's never going to heal unless you do a surgery and you will probably die from infection. Edit: yes bites do heal. It just takes a lot of time. Yes, very slowly. Sometimes weeks. Can't say, never survived a bite! They do, just slowly, healed the first bite, got surrounded got bit two more time and a laceration. Somehow I’m still alive.

I believe slow healer doesn't actually change how long it takes to heal, it just increases the chance of injury being more severe. even with slow healer, most fractures should heal in a week or two. I was in the same position as OP with slow healer. It took about 4 to 5 weeks, splinted the entire time of course.
