Paia Fish Market is a must stop if you're in Hawaii near any of their locations! We stayed in Wailea and dined at the Southside location for dinner on a weekday and had a phenomenal experience about 30 minutes prior to the location closing.

Paia Fish Market is in the center of Pa'ia town. There is always a line it seems, even prior to opening at 11am. I waited in line at about 11am for about 20 minutes.
