The other 2 are the HEUI pump or an injector leaking. I would first suspect the HEUI pump. If it has an internal regulator, it is a HEP pump. I see these a lot. You can connect a 5000 psi gauge to the pump and test. The pump must make 4000 psi steady with a gauge connected to the outlet line. If it does not, the pump is bad.
