It seems odd that no matter how despotic of an empire you're running you can't purge individual pops (regardless of species) of a faction you're trying to squash. I can set a faction to be suppressed at the cost of influence, but thats it. It doesn't seem to do very much. My fanatic xenophobe empire can purge entire species, but not a faction.

Today when continuing the save, it's like the opposite. When I try to set a species to undesirable, it tells me only robots can be set as undesirable and purging biological pops is outlawed.
