These are spec-specific quests that you get from the council in Dalaran, and unlock after you start the Legionfall campaign (Broken Shore). Most of them are very short and even without flying shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.

I just got in-game to check out my shaman who is ready to go through that process. She had finished the campaign awhile ago and just had to do the Hero's Weapon quest in the class hall (make sure you have an artifact weapon in your bag for that). I then went to Broken Shore and picked up the Champions of Legionfall quest from Maiev.
