IMO, your optimal end-state team with the current toons is Col, Phoenix, Storm, Cyclops, Beast. I personally recommend phoenix, col, cyclopse, beast, and psylocke. Devastating team phoenix, col, psylocke, and beast got me through global in DD3 incredibly fast big part of that was beasts heal every 3rd turn.

Yet characters like Mbaku, Okoye, S6, and to a degree BP who are part of below average war and blitz teams(and see no real usage beyond that) are above characters like Pyro(main damage dealer for BH), Ebony Maw(needs a decent amount of focus to land debuffs in arena), Shuri(scales of hp and helps with the tankiness), Minn(scales of hp and helps ...
