Mobcop is still only accessible on DoD networks unfortunately. In my experience its all going to depend on what they're looking for in the posting and if your unit will release you. Some postings are extremely specific like E7 17D with TS-SCI while others might be 00G E4 - E6. I think flexibility is more of an issue than competition.
