DO NOT use open table for the the Peoria restaurant. This is supposed to be for priority seating so we wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. Many restaurants do this and especially nice due to covid. We set this up an hour in advance. We got there and only a few people in the lobby. The 2 before us were told a 45 min wait.We recently had a family visit to this Red Lobster. Red Lobster does not honor Open Table reservations like other places. You are put on a call ahead seating and still may have to wait over an hour. As someone who uses open table frequently I think this is totally unacceptable. Had to speak to the manager to get seated after 20 minutes.

The shrimp is not mussels were delicious as was the linguine and sauce. I do have to compliment the chef as the bay scallops were cooked to perfection which is very difficult.
