Leveling with the Whispering Ice is a blast. You can start using it as early as lv 33 with some inconvenience, or at lv 39 where it starts really kicking ass. However, if you don't have the staff yet and don't think you will get it early enough, then your leveling experiences may vary. I have never played with this skill so my question is, is there a decent league start guide with this thing? My biggest concern is, what do I play until I get the staff and how much does astramentis cost at league start.Unlike 2.0 Firestorm, it is very difficult to stack Icestorms on top of each other due to Firestorm's long duration compared to cast time. Sure you can do it with Faster Casting and Spell Echo, but Firestorm will stack much more than Icestorm for the same cast speed.
