Ultimak mini 14.

I called Ultimak for assistance and their advice was only to try again following the instructions. I removed the rail and inspected it- it sits perfectly straight and level on a flat surface. After research, I've narrowed it down to these two. Anyone have experience on both? I can essentially get the Ultimak for $130-$140 new and the Amega about $100 new.
