Kubota tractor not starting.
SOLUTION; So I went to the barn, got under the tractor and located the foot pedal linkage. There is a safety switch in that location. My SKid plate was jammed against the linkage so the safety switch would not engage ( only on the reverse side of the pedal was blocked) I removed the skid plate and it started.
When you jumped it at the starter you bypassed all the other stuff. Sounds like the problem is in the starter itself. It could be as simple as cleaning and lube. If this is more than you want to tackle, then unmount the starter (after disconnecting battery) and take it to a shop which does starters and alternators.You only have to loosen the banjo bolt 1/2 a turn or so to open the drain port and. manually pump fuel through it to bleed the air out of the fuel lines.
