L'industrie has a big reputation now and I'm surprised it took me this long to check it out! I knew there was a wait time so I ordered ahead for pickup to avoid that entirely. There was, of course, a line out the door but we breezed right by to head to the pickup counter. When the pizza was in the car I was practically salivating!
The base of the pizza was thin, chewy, and smokey, and the cold burrata paired exceptionally well with the hot tomato sauce. Surprisingly, I enjoyed their gelato even more than the pizza. Usually, pistachio flavored ice cream tastes pretty artificial, but L'Industrie's pistachio gelato was rich and nutty without any artificial after taste.Our line-up is handpicked to feature stops ranging from OG slice joints to Neapolitan pizza temples and everything in between.
