Two settings govern the Dino level cap: Difficulty Offset, and Override Official Difficulty. The way I have my server set, the Difficulty Offset is set to 1, then the Override Official Difficulty will govern the max level for wild dinos multiplied by 30. Plus finding max level tames isn't necessary your looking for high stats not high levels even a max level creature can have bad stats if a majority of the points get distributed to food, oxygen or movement. I have an Xbox and my creatures are 500-800, you have to type in a command, which is, “SetDifficultyValue 15” that last number means how difficult so I usually do 15-18. I think 150 is the highest on console and i dont think you can even reach that high on pc without mods. Can’t on single player.
For now, its not possible to to increase the part of how many level ups a tamed dino or player can have, only the wild dino level can be adjusted. The code to override amount of level-ups is not working on ASA. I see really many confuse the little details :D Max wild dino level is one thing.
Remember to perform a dino wipe after doing so, new settings only apply to freshly spawned creatures. It can be done using the following command in the console. DestroyWildDinos. And of course, due to official balancing high level creatures are rare on story map, it might take you a while before seeing some nice spawns.
