For an 18 dex 80 int built, a magic uchi does 1488 damage. Moonveil does 1361 if you hit with the blade. An 80 dex lightning uchi does even more damage than a magic uchi. (Nagikaba does slightly less damage than uchi, but it's super close IIRC) Transient moonlight has longer range, but lower damage and higher FP cost.
