I feel that any coach up to 34' is just about the max for a gas engine. 37' might be a little too much for the 454.

May 19, 2009 · Second I just put a 80k 454 in my 79 k30 and it works great. Still has peanut ports, but now a small rv cam, intake, headers, and a bunch of intial timing (30deg).
