I'd go as far as to say that it sucks. Heavy attacks are how you inflict your enemies with status effects, and obv they hit harder.

I tested in SP, killed it 15 times and got x2 Helm of the Brute and 2x Predatory blade. Keep in mind, that the predatory blade only does damage with light attacks, which means you have no hyper armor and are prone to be staggered. *Alternatives* Telith's Lament has the following stats with a Master Weapon Fitting applied: 71 23%
What are the best 2h legendary weapons for the player? I honestly think the beak which is a great axe is one of the best legendaries in the game.
