Puffco Peak will not stop blinking white light while charging. I have a brand new neon puffco lighting. I opened it out of the box and immediately charged the device. It charged for 5 hours and the pulsing white light did not shut off. I took it off and checked the battery by clicking 3 times it said it was full.
