I swapped out the speed sensor with my brother's 04 700 prarie, same problem. Traced out the wiring diagram and did some checkes and the brown wire wasn't supplying power to the speed sensor. Brown wire was broke. I spliced in a new section of wire from the brown near the cigarette lighter down to the speed sensor and that fixed …
