Hey bro. I have kinda similar setup and am on 100FPS on Customs and Woods. My advice if you haven't already, is to optimize your Nvidia Control Panel settings. There are heaps of videos available, so just follow one. Also google how to disable fps lock. Settings in-game are: Texture Quality: High. Shadows: Low.
