Nah, incarnation falls off pretty heavily but bone widow can do a lot of damage and tank relatively well as well. On my last tactician playthrough with a lone wolf summoner; she had 16 summoning and 4 necromancy and the incarnation was near useless while bone widow could get lots of damage and heal himself on corpses while tanking a few hits.
