Post, F VISA, the VISA was changed to H1B. No H1B VISA stamping in passport was done as my spouse after moving out of school is yet to travel to India. I however, hold a H4 VISA which expired on Sept-2017. Since the dropbox appointments for H1B/H4 are scarce, I could only get appointment for May 2023. My son turns 14 in March 2023. I read the interview waiver should apply at the time of document submission but in my son’s case, it would not be because of him turning 14.
