I know that. That's not what I was implying. You can still use other gen kicking perks at the same time as part of the same 3-gen strategy. Call of Brine/Overcharge, etc. My point was that perks don't exist in a vacuum, and if there are too many gen kicking perks that are good for 3-genning, the strategy becomes more effective and more oppressive. The way I see it is that Call of Brine has less regression but offers more consistent regression while Overcharge offers much better regression but isn't guaranteed to hit that point. Also Call of Brine does give noise notifications as well so I think there's valid reasons to run one over the other (Assuming they don't stack)Overcharge + Call of Brine is indeed an amazing combo, but Lethal Pursuer + BBQ is so much funny. So my question is, does that mean that increased regression speeds from other gen kicking perks like overcharge and Call of Brine don't apply together with pop? Or do you get the best of both worlds with pops instant damage and increased regression from cob and overcharge? Thanks in advance.

Call of brine is more useful in my opinion as a solo perk. The regression effect is more instantaneous. Overcharge is a bit unreliable against good survivors. That said, its perfectly fine to run and stack both together. Last edited by {sBc} Bane5 ; Mar 13 @ 12:55pm. #2.

Dec 18, 2022 · I prefer Call of Brine but paired with Overcharge. But if you're going to be using Jolt then PR would make more sense as a lot of the time Joly would nullfy the chance to use COB. Although not totally pointless as sometimes they may stop the regression from Joly and open the gen up for a kick. I have bad luck with PR. Call of Brine provides you information before you get the down and could let you know for sure you're getting Eruption value. Obviously the difference between PR and COB is circumstantial because PR affects the generator with the most progress but doesn't ramp up and COB excels when a generator is left alone for a long period of time. After performing the Damage Generator Action on a Generator, Call of Brine activates for 60 seconds.
