I use some withings health devices and I have to download a health mate app to add them and for my Samsung buds I install Samsung wearable app. Check the manufacturer doesn't have an app that controls the devices as they check the software updates for the devices and let you configure them etc. Hope this helps

I was able to reinstall the old app on android by googling Megaboom app from the homescreen and finding it under apps.
