Jul 22, 2023 · I had a CD changer and discs began skipping on it, brand new discs, old ones. I'd pull the cd out of slot 1 and try it in slot 2 and same skip in the same place. It didn't seem to me that nearly ALL my CDs would have suddenly become so afflicted, although that they were skipping in the same place seemed to indicate the problem was with the CDs ...
