They're really not that good for practicing passages, especially, since they're from the pre-2015 (old) MCAT I would say the SB is the most representative by far, and the official guide is kinda representative. It helps because it asks some ...If you need to focus on content more, then I would say to only focus on Anki and the AAMC material and skip UEarth. If you need to focus more on understanding how to read a passage and question styles, then focus on the AAMC section bank, the AAMC CARS question packs, and continue UEarth. In this scenario, you should lessen Anki even more.

The data seems to show you can expect a 5-7 point increase from NS to AAMC assuming you don't get sandbagged by a bunch of your weaker topics. Question packs help see where your content is weak or strong. The layout of the passages are different but the content stays the same from that to the real exam.You'll get to the point where you can quickly identify AAMC trap answers and easily choose the obvious one. For full disclosure, I never documented by section bank/question packs. I just mentally processed them. I did however do it for the full lengths - ended up spending about 10 hours reviewing vs the 7 hours on the exam.
