The PF45 is designed for Gen 3 slides. The only lower part that is NOT a Gen 3 is the trigger housing. You MUST use a Gen 4 G21/21SF trigger housing in the PF45 frame. With the PF45 frame, I would not trust it to hold together if one were to open up the front to fit a Gen 4/5 slide.
