Basically what you do is: create a port forwarding on your router for port 32400 to the computer that hosts plex. go to plex settings for remote access and click "enable remote access". Check the documentation of your router or simply search for the router name and additional search terms like "how to enable UPnP" for additional information. If UPnP is off, turning it on will allow Plex to automatically forward itself to the greater internet.
