Once you find your first piece make the teleporter pad then place it in the nether to get to the other dimension. There you will find Dragon dens that are full of allthemodium. You can use a chunk destroyer or any other quarry to expose them since they cant be mined by the quarry/chunk destroyer, then just fly around and grab the allthemodium.
