Hey, I found this offline conversion somewhere and it seemed pretty accurate. You take the number correct (ex: 135/200), and multiply it by this ratio: NBME 12: 1.29 NBME 13: 1.32 NBMe 15: 1.34 NBME 16: 1.365 NBME 17: 1.32 NBME 18: 1.41 NBME 19: 1.31 But again, it's just an estimation.
