You should not be building a "tank" monk. Monks in Pathfinder don't have to sacrifice damage in order to be hard to kill, and a melee character who doesn't deal damage reliable or cast spells is a waste of a party slot. Second, all of the varieties are weaker than a STR-based regular Monk.

The only exception are a few skill checks when your main char is alone. But they are not particularly important. Mainly Nok-Nok's duel comes to mind, so better buff for it. With some optimization, you can pass all skill checks in the game even with your main char, even with Charisma dumped to 5-7.

Power attack is overrated as a feat imo. Power Attack is a must-have for 2H DPS builds in WotR because of Mythic Power Attack: "When you use Power Attack, you gain a +3 bonus on damage rolls instead of +2.
